At Consistency Fitness, we’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. While also cutting down on CO2 emissions where we can. Please read below for everything you need to know about how we ship your items.
Processing Time
Once you place your order, we’ll process it within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or promotional events, this may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel directly using our tracking page or through the link provided in the email. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 working days of placing your order, please contact us.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to customs checks, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please get in touch and we’ll look into it right away.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot take responsibility for orders that go missing due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Before sending any items back, please email our support team at loganjacksoncf@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
⏱ Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it

Free from pet hair, odours, or signs of wear (if applicable to your products)
Please do not send your purchase back unless instructed.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Contact us first, and we’ll arrange everything for you.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
📬 Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your return otherwise.
